We had a heat wave in August and some smoke so we stayed inside. Building a fort

We had a lot of lavender this year so we made all things lavender. Here is our lavender soap

Took the kids to Sequim to pick blueberries and raspberries

The kids love picking raspberries but they are over it when we get to blueberries. So they sit and eat

We tried a new blueberry u-pick it place in Port Orchard. So cute and we had a great time. If you find a blue rock you get a toy from the toy chest. She found one

We celebrated Cole's 5th birthday a little late with a BBQ at the house. My mom, sister and two neighbor families joined us

It was a Lego themed party. We had some trivia with prizes

We went to Seattle to pick up some items Allen needed for home renovations. He also found this great deal on Lego's. Here we are surprising the kids with all the Legos.

It was a long day...Cole fell asleep

In the summer the library does puts on different walk a story activities. This is one we did in Poulsbo

Alexis found a genie lantern in the box of Lego's we purchased in Seattle. She made a wish she would get more Lego's. Allen had already ordered some on eBay and they were arriving the day after she made her wish. So...we put a note in the box before she saw it.
