Alexis is such a great big sister. Always making sure Cole is not eating something he shouldn't, letting me know if Cole is playing with something that is too small and tries to make him laugh if he is crying. She always tells me "Cole is to yiddy to play with ...." Love how she can't fully pronounce little. Alexis helps me put Cole down for his naps. We read him books and she helps me sing him a few songs. It is really sweet. Alexis is talking so much it is amazing. She likes to pick out her clothes and is able to dress herself for the most part--putting on a shirt is still hard.

I started a "timeout" mat to help when Alexis doesn't listen. It really isn't working because she goes to the mat herself or asks to be sent to the mat. Ugh:)
This summer we have had our friend Asher over a few times to go swimming. We are enjoying some snacks
Alexis hates loud noise and was afraid of the vacuum. Cole loves the vacuum, chases it around and gets very excited. This has helped Alexis not be so scared. One morning they were following vacuum around.
Cole usually goes to bed around 6pm and Alexis is up to 7:30pm. For the 1 1/2 she is alone with us we usually play in our room. Alexis loves putting on dresses, socks and doing her hair. It is so fun.

We gave Allen a cell phone holder for his bike. Alexis was so excited about the box. She ran around the room and tripped over Cole. It was pretty funny.
