As I write this blog it is the week before Christmas, the kids have a snow day and it is snowing huge snowflakes. So beautiful.
On to our November adventures...
Both Alexis and Cole participated in the Lego club after school. The challenge this meeting was to build a bridge and a boat.

The school principle said she would become a human sundae if we raised over $40k in the jog-a-thon. We did this! Here is the assembly. Students who ran the most laps or raised the most money were able to add the toppings. Alexis ran the most laps in her class and is on the right ladder putting marshmallows on her.
We missed school in October when we were in California. We got a postcard from our school bus driver. He is just the best.

We attended a birthday party at Defy. It is a trampoline park. I can always find Cole in the dodgeball court with older kids. He has no fear.

We were all sick for Thanksgiving. So we celebrated at our home and my mom and sister at my mom's place:( Alexis's birthday was on the Friday after Thanksgiving. She was sick for it too. So no pictures.
As I write this Alexis is home sick. Hoping we are all well for Christmas:)
